The Challenge

This South Loop Chicago townhome bathroom was outdated and lacked warmth, storage, and modern design. The layout felt closed off and did not reflect the homeowners’ style or the contemporary architecture of the home. The goal was to complete a high-quality bathroom remodel in Chicago that maximized space, improved functionality, and elevated the overall look without expanding the footprint.

Our Solution

We created a modern bathroom design that balances clean lines with natural textures. Vertical wood-look tile was used to visually increase height and add warmth, while green herringbone tile introduced contrast and character in the shower and custom niche. A floating vanity, integrated tub ledge, arched mirrors, and streamlined plumbing fixtures deliver a cohesive and functional design. Materials were selected for durability, easy maintenance, and timeless appeal.

The Result

The completed bathroom is a bright, modern, and highly functional space that fits seamlessly into this South Loop townhome. The remodel improved daily usability while creating a spa-like feel and increasing home value. This project highlights our expertise in Chicago townhome renovations and high-end bathroom remodeling.
